The 77th Kornilov Regiment of the Mordian Iron Guards
Hailing from the dark, toxic hive world of Mordian, the 77th Kornilov Regiment stands as a testament to absolute discipline amidst eternal grimdarkness. Under the iron command of their Commander Kyril Kornilov, this elite force of Iron Guards marches into battle in midnight-black dress coats, sharply contrasted by blood-red kepis and epaulettes.
Born under a sunless sky and shaped by the extreme, chemical-choked pollution of Mordian’s night-shrouded spires, these soldiers have developed deep blue skin and glowing yellow eyes. Though such features would draw immediate suspicion in the Imperium, they are purely atmospheric phenotypes. A formal decree by the Ordo Hereticus has officially cleared the 77th Kornilov of any chaotic mutation—they are genetically pure, fiercely loyal, and utterly incorruptible.
Every miniature stands atop a bed of urban debris, shattered concrete, and twisted metal—the grim reality of the hive wars they fight daily. No matter how ruined the battlefield, under Kornilov's watchful eye, the regiment remains perfectly uniform, unbroken, and ready to fire their deadly volleys in the name of the God-Emperor.
