My Classic Empire Army

 

Hi!

Here's my Classic Empire Army project.

I've recently re-discovered my teenage collection in my parents' attic and it fired my imagination. I spent several months stripping my old miniatures and supplementing my units with eBay purchases.

My goal is not to depict an army from any provinces of the Empire, but the Great Imperial Army, composed of the best provincial regiments, led by Emperor Karl Franz himself. The biggest challenge is to use exclusively classic Warhammer metal figures from between 1990 to 2000.
